GROUPS
The eating disorder therapy process groups at Mindful Movement offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to come together to support one another, share their experiences, and work through their challenges in a group context. While the primary focus is on process and emotional support, groups will often incorporate skill-building elements, such as coping strategies, mindfulness techniques, or cognitive behavioral tools. The goal is to explore underlying issues, gain insights, and support each other’s recovery journey.
