I know how exhausting it can be to live in a constant battle with your body, your thoughts, or the pressure to always be “on.” My own journey through an eating disorder and the grip of perfectionism is what led me to this work. I understand the silent struggles of appearing strong on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. As a therapist, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can lay it all down and be met with compassion, not judgment.
I specialize in trauma-informed care for eating disorders, body image, grief, and the pressures that come with high expectations. You deserve to be seen, to rest, and to heal, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, reclaim your voice, and rediscover your worth.
Some therapeutic approaches commonly offered include the following modalities:
Compassion-Focused Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Somatic Attachment Therapy
Family Systems Therapy
Person-Centered Therapy
I am deeply committed to walking alongside you through your journey — challenging you when needed, celebrating your growth, and providing compassionate support every step of the way. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, warm space where you can begin to uncover your true self and start living authentically.
