Heidi Conto, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, presents a 6-week workshop series to help you learn more about eating disorders and how to best support your loved one. Each week you will leave understanding more about eating disorders, levels of care, importance of a multidisciplinary team, and more.

Join Heidi in Week 3 of the eating disorder workshop series for parents & loved ones.

Week 3 Focus: Shifting family culture to support recovery and reduce triggers.

Objectives:

  • Explore what “body-safe” and “food-neutral” language means.

  • Identify diet culture influences at home.

  • Learn practical strategies for meal support and emotional regulation during meals and through the holidays.

Families and loved ones from all over are invited to come together to find support, compassion, knowledge, and HOPE, that full recovery is possible.

Workshops are being offered virtually using Zoom platform.
